Maps are private by default and can only be accessed by their owner.
Publishing a map makes it viewable by other users and allows you to share it using a direct link. Published maps also appear on your Profile.
You can unpublish a map at any time to make it private again.
Publishing Options
When publishing a map, you can also choose whether to make it Cloneable.
Published: Other users can view the map.
Cloneable: Other users can create their own editable copy of the published map.
Making a map Cloneable is optional and does not change the original map.
Download Resolution
When another user downloads a published map without cloning it, the downloaded image uses the Editing Resolution from the last time the map was edited. For example, if the map was last edited at 4K, the published map is downloaded at 4K.
Unpublishing a Map
Unpublishing returns the map to a private state. The map is removed from your public Profile and can no longer be accessed through its published link.
