You can manage the email address and password associated with your Inkarnate account from Account Details → Account Details. Depending on how your account is configured, you can:

• Change your email address.

• Add a password if your account does not currently have one.

• Change your existing password.

• Reset a forgotten password

Changing Your Email

Your current email address is displayed under Account Details. To change it:

1. Select Edit next to your email address.

2. Enter your new email address and select Send Confirmation Code.

3. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code sent to the new email address.

4. Select Confirm to update your account.

Confirmation codes expire after 5 minutes. If the code expires, select Resend it to receive a new one.

Your email address is also used for login and password-reset codes, so make sure you have access to the new address before changing it.

Adding a Password

If your account does not currently have a password, Add Password is shown under Account Details. Select Add Password, then:

1. Enter a password of at least 8 characters.

2. Enter it again to confirm.

3. Select Confirm.

The password is then added to your account and can be used when signing in.

Changing Your Password

If your account already has a password, an Edit option is shown instead. To change your password:

1. Select Edit next to your password.

2. Enter your current password.

3. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters.

4. Enter the new password again to confirm it.

5. Select Save.

Your current password must be entered correctly before it can be changed.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you do not remember your password:

1. Start the Inkarnate login flow and enter your email address.

2. Select Forgot Password when prompted for your password.

3. Inkarnate sends a 6-digit password reset code to your email address.

4. Enter the code and continue.

5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Password reset codes expire after 5 minutes. Select Resend it if you need a new code.

Signing In Without a Password

When signing in with an email address that has no password, Inkarnate sends a 6-digit login code to that email instead. Enter the code to sign in.

Login codes expire after 5 minutes and can be resent if necessary.

Accounts connected to Google can also sign in using Continue with Google.
