You can view and manage your Inkarnate subscription from Account Details → Payments.

The Payments section shows your current plan, renewal date, upcoming charge, and options to change or cancel your subscription.

Changing Your Plan

Select Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

• Upgrading: The higher plan becomes available immediately. You are charged for the remaining time in the current billing period at the higher tier.

• Downgrading: The change is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. You keep your existing plan and benefits until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

When you cancel your subscription, your paid benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that:

• Your account returns to the Free plan.

• Maps that use paid content can still be downloaded, but cannot be edited while your account is on the Free plan.

• You can continue creating and editing maps within the limitations of the Free plan.

If you subscribe again later, your previously created paid-plan maps become available for editing again.

What Happens to Your Maps?

Changing or canceling your subscription does not delete your maps.

If your new plan does not provide access to content used by an existing map, the map remains stored in your account but cannot be edited until you regain access to the required content.

This means you do not need to remove paid Assets from your maps before canceling or downgrading.

Billing Information

The Payments section also shows your stored billing information and provides an option to edit it.

Billing information is handled by Stripe or Paypal rather than stored directly by Inkarnate.
