Marketplace products can be purchased from their Product Page or added directly to your cart while browsing the Marketplace.

Depending on the product, optional add-ons such as a Commercial License or Cloning may also be available for an additional price.

Purchasing a Product

From a Product Page, select Add to Cart to add the product to your cart. Products can also be added directly while browsing the Marketplace. Some products offer optional add-ons:

• Commercial License: Asset and Map products include a personal license by default. A Commercial License expands the permitted use of the purchased Assets.

• Cloning: Available for some map products. Without Cloning, the purchase provides the map image for download in 8k resolution. With Cloning, you can also create your own editable copy of the map.

Cart and Checkout

The cart lists all products you have selected before checkout. From the cart, you can:

• Add or remove available add-ons.

• Review the products included in your purchase.

• Continue to checkout.

Bundles automatically account for products you already own:

• If a Bundle contains products you have already acquired, you are only charged for the products you do not own.

• If you add both a Bundle and an individual product contained in that Bundle, the overlapping individual product is automatically removed from the cart.

After completing checkout, the purchased content is added to your account.

Accessing Your Purchases

All purchases are listed under Account Settings → Orders.

Each order includes a View Product option that opens the associated Product Page. This can be used to access purchased map, so you can download or clone them.

Purchased Maps

Purchased map products also appear on the Maps page as purchased map entries. These maps are read-only and cannot be opened directly in the editor.

Depending on your purchase, you can:

• Download: Download the map image at an available resolution up to 8K.

• Clone: If Cloning was purchased, create a new private and editable copy of the map in your account.

The cloned map is independent of the purchased original and can be edited like your own maps.

Purchased Assets

Purchased Assets become available through the Catalog and can be used in your maps like other available Assets. Marketplace Assets are organized by creator in the Catalog and displayed below official Inkarnate styles sorted alphabetically by seller name.

Purchased Marketplace Assets do not appear in the Assets section of the Art Manager. This section contains Assets you have uploaded or created yourself, while purchased Assets remain associated with the Marketplace seller who created them.

If the purchased Assets introduce a Style that was not previously available to your account, that Style also becomes available when creating a new map.

Refunds

Marketplace purchases are subject to the applicable Refund Policy.

To request a refund, create a Support Ticket and include:

• The product you want refunded.

• The associated Order ID. (You can find the Order ID under Account Settings → Orders)
