Asset Property Presets

Asset Property Presets help apply consistent properties across multiple Assets. Instead of configuring each Asset individually, you can copy selected properties from an existing Asset or save them as reusable Presets.

Presets are stored per Style, allowing each Style to maintain its own default configurations.

Copying Asset Properties

Use Copy Properties from an Asset’s context menu to copy selected properties from an existing Asset.

Choose which properties to include in the copy operation, then use Paste Properties to apply them to one or more selected Assets. Only the selected properties are applied. All other Asset properties remain unchanged.

Asset Property Presets

Presets store a reusable set of Asset properties that can be applied to one or more Assets.

Create a Preset by selecting Create Preset from an Asset’s context menu. Choose the properties to include, give the Preset a name, and save it for future use.

Apply a Preset by selecting one or more Assets and choosing Apply Preset from the context menu. Only the properties stored in the Preset are modified.

Open Manage Presets from the Asset View menu in the top-right corner of the Art Manager to create, rename, or delete Presets.

Tips

  • Use Copy Properties for one-time changes across multiple Assets.

  • Use Asset Property Presets for property combinations that are reused frequently.

  • Create separate Presets for common Asset types or workflows within each Style.
